Our three nice guestrooms are right on the Kaiserdamm, a main boulevard in the central area of West Berlin. The famous World Soccer Olympic Stadium is near by.
The Underground Station Kaiserdamm (Cityline U 2) is only 3 min. away by foot.
You can visit almost all tourist sights both in the City West, in Mitte, in Prenzlauer Berg and the City East while travel with the nearby Metro Cityline U2.
Right next to our House is the Fairground Berlin, the International Congess Center (ICC), the International Busstation (ZOB), the Olympic Stadium, the Castle Charlottenburg and the famous Kurfüstendamm.

All guestrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, a cable TV, a dining table with chairs and a wardrobe. 1 room is for non-smoker only. Bedclothes and towels are all inclusive. You can book the guestrooms as single bedroom, double-bedroom or 3-bedroom. Its possible to book our rooms for a group with up to 8 person.

We offer you a free Continental breakfast - in self service - at any time of the day.
You can also use the fully equipped kitchen.

There is a nice sitting area in the lobby, where you find a computer desk.

You must give us 24 Hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the first night of your stay and any remaining nights will be cancelled.
