Acme Hostel has superb location -  Sadovaya street, 11 right in the city center, just 50 meters away from Nevsky prospect and 200 meters away from Gostiny Dvor metro station. Most of tourist attractions – Arts’ Square & Russian Museum, Kazansky Cathedral, Summer garden, Savior on the Blood Church, the Palace Square & Hermitage museum - are easy-accessible on foot. The Acme hostel is within easy walking distance of universities, language schools, shops, movies, theatres and restaurants - a great place to be based. Entrance to the hostel is from the street. Double glazed window are facing either Sadovaya street, or backyard.

Occupying the 4th floor of a 5-storey building without an elevator, the Acme hostel offers accommodation to adult female and male residents, on either a long-term medium-term or casual basis. Acme hostel can accommodate 32 guests in 5 well-furnished dormitories all with comfortable mattresses & pillows.

There’s cosy lounge area with television, free games, magazines etc. Residents are able to cook their meals 24 hours a day - the adjoining kitchen area features a stove, microwaves, toasters, a fridge, kettles, a sink, china and cutlery.

The Acme hostel has 2 common bathrooms (gender specific) down the corridor, each containing individual shower cubicles, several wash basins and a washing machine (use for free) and 4 individual toilet cubicles with small washbasins. Each bathroom is supplied with soap and toilet paper. There is plenty of hot water available twenty-four hours a day!  

The Acme hostel boasts a sauna zone (sauna, a sitting area and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet) as well: for a small fee you can enjoy and be healthy afterwards.

Our hostel is run in a relaxed multicoloured style by an experienced team. We are open 365 days a year and have 24 hour security. Our friendly multilingual reception staff is available round the clock to help you.  No lock out or curfew. Free WiFi 24/7 in common areas and dorms. There are lockers in the room but you may use the reception safe for small valuables (free of charge). Bed rooms and bathrooms are cleaned by professional cleaning staff (no “helpers” or volunteers) for a higher level comfort. Acme hostel is a strictly non-smoking establishment. Breakfast is not included in price.

Age Policy: We welcome all travellers over the age of 18 in our shared dorms. Adults with children under the age of 18 must book a whole room, because they can not share the room with other guests for security reason.

You must give the accommodation at least 48  Hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the 1 night’s room charge and any remaining nights will be cancelled.

Acme Hostel Sadovaya Street a Cheap and Inexpensive Place to Stay in St Petersburg Russia

Acme hostel boasts superb location – just 50 meters from the main city thoroughfare Nevsky prospect. The exact address is Sadovaya Street, 11 and the entrance to the "Acme" hostel is from the street. Walking along Nevsky prospect towards Admiralty and Palace square, come to the junction of Nevsky and Sadovaya street and turn to the right. Now you are on Sadovaya street with numerous cafes and restaurants. Go straight along the street on its odd-numbered side to the house 11, guided by the sign boards of "Hairshop". This small shop is situated on the ground floor, while the "Acme" hotel - on the 4th floor of this 5-storey building (without an elevator). There are a few steps up – and to the right you'll see the shop entrance, while the white building door, leading to the hostel, will be in front of you. Press the Acme hotel button (video-security system), push the door, go upstairs to the 4th and find the dark brown door with the "Acme Hostel Reception" sign. Thus you enter the hotel. Welcome!
