Errigal Youth Hostel Donegal.
Errigal Hostel is located in a stunning corner of Ireland in County Donegal and lies at the foot of Donegal's highest mountain, Mt. Errigal which looms overhead and, for those interested in hiking and walking, it is right on the Ulster Way.
The Hostel prides itself on being GREEN, GREEN, GREEN and has recently been awarded EU ECO Flower Label. The ECO "Flower" Label is an environmental accreditation recognised throughout Europe for its commitment to sustainable tourism and protection of the local environment. The staff at Errigal Hostel, with the help of the An Oige Environmental Group, worked hard to meet the long list of strict criteria needed to achieve this prestigious award.
This Donegal Hostel features all the usual characteristics of a top rated hostel including a large comfortable common room with plasma TV, a cosy room, internet access, self catering kitchen and more. Energy saving devices such as wood burning stoves have been incorporated into the building.

The Poisoned Glen, Glenveagh Castle and National Park, adjacent to the hostel are ideal for walking in Donegal as is the Bloody Foreland – just watch out for the Green Lady ghost! You can also visit the village beach resort of Bunbeg, well known for its surfing and music festivals.
