Also, a famous beach event occurs in the first week of January when the temperature is around 0°C, the 'Polar Bear Splash.'  This event has occurred annually at the Choseon Beach Hotel since 1988.

Busan International Film Festival is one of the most significant film festivals in Asia.

Facing the beautiful Heaundae beach, the BIFF, Busan International Film Festival, is not something you would like to miss out on.

You must give the accommodation at least 48 Hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the first night of your reservation and the remaining nights will be cancelled

We are ideally located just 10 minutes from the Hauendae beach by walk. There is a road between Grand-Hotel and Ocean Beach hotel. From that point, down to the road by walk, it will take less than 5 minutes or around 50 meters. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor of the building where our guesthouse is located on the 6th floor Landmark: Behind Grand Hotel Easiest Access: Subway Exit 7 (Hauendae Station) BUS: From Pusan Station, it will take around one hour.
