About This Hostel
Karet Residence.
The Karet Residence sets right in the middle of the famous Kuningan Golden Triangle Business District, the office complex mixes business and pleasure.
Three major thoroughfares that form the Golden Triangle: Jl. Rasuna Said, Jl. Gatot Subroto and Jl. Sudirman have turned this area into a convenient location for the expatriates to live.
Located in South Jakarta, strategically in Kuningan area, live in a safe area with the locals in a big village, lined up with food stalls along the street. The bedrooms are contemporary designed and are cleaned every day. You may just want to stay inside the room, resting, watching cable TV, working with your laptop or outside in the patio, surrounded by greeny plants for your comfort where you can sit and read or just being relaxed, enjoying the sun bath on your skin. Our friendly and helpful staffs will be around 24 hrs a day if needed, probably just to help ordering food nearby or find a taxi. You can also talk to the management at the front or send us text messages; we will help as much as possible when required.

Just 5 minutes to Sudirman Business District and very close (walking distance) to Kuningan business district, arrayed with exclusive office buildings, shopping malls, supermarkets, tours and travel agents, cinemas, banks, swimming pool, sport and fitness centre, dozens of cafes, pubs and restaurants. There are many excellent places to hang out with friends while listening to live music at nights just around 500 m away or visit Planet Hollywood Cafe at Jl. Gatot Subroto about 5 minutes away to try American recipes for dinner.
Next to our accommodation is a local school building where the teachings and prayers can be heard which can be a unique experience for foreigners.
Staying in our place can be an interesting experience of professional way of living with all the big cities entertainment nearby yet within local surrounding atmosphere....

How to Get There
Karet Residence is located around 29 km from Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta International Airport, it takes 45 minutes on average by taxi from the airport to the accommodation considering light medium traffic jam.
From Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, head onto airport toll road - jalan tol Prof Sedyatmo, take the exit onto jalan tol Pluit - Tomang (toll road), continue onto jalan tol Letnan Jenderal S Parman (toll road), continue onto jalan tol Jenderal Gatot Subroto (toll road), exit onto jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto, left onto jalan Jenderal Sudirman, turn left onto jalan K H Mas Mansyur, make a u-turn to continue to jalan Prof Satrio, turn left at jalan Karet Pedurenan, follow the street until number 55 is seen on the left hand side.
