Welcome to Lee Garden Guest House one of the inimitable Charlie Chan's guesthouse on Cameron Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon. We provide accommodations with superior quality and security to the nearby notorious Chungking and Mirador Mansion at a reasonable price and in an extremely convenient location.

We are not located at the notorious Chungking Mansion and Mirador Mansion that are infamous for their unsafe (relatively higher crime rate) and unhygienic environment (rats and roaches), people and situation around our guesthouse are far less complicated. To access your rooms, 2 locked doors are needed to get pass with keys we provide after checking in. Building gate is closed after midnight and there is guard men on duty on the ground floor at day time. In our building you do not need to wait around 15 minutes for a lift like in Chungking Mansion. The building where we located, Fook Kiu Mansion, is thoroughly renovated just a few years ago.

The staffs working in our guest houses are very friendly and helpful. There is in room broadband Internet connection available, also several Internet Kiosks in the lobby.

Our guest houses are in charged for 24 hours a day for their security. All of our guest houses are licensed guest houses, and have complied with the government regulations on fire safety and building safety.

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, serving cuisines of many different countries, such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indian, Indonesian foods, as well as fast foods such as McDonalds (opens 24 hours a day), KFC, Deli France and Pizza Hut.

There are several major shopping centres nearby our guesthouse, such as the Harbour City along the Canton Road, Parklane, New World Center, Sogo etc. There are also many banks and money changers available nearby us.

Conditions:

Bookings with no check in time specified will only be kept until 8pm everyday.
We accept on-site payment in cash, preferably Hong Kong Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

You must give us 24 Hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the first night of your stay and any remaining nights will be cancelled.
