About This Hostel

New College Summer Residence.

New College Residence at the University of Toronto downtown campus offers safe convenient and affordable university dormitory accommodation. Centrally located on the historical University of Toronto campus right in downtown Toronto, New College Residence is open to the public throughout the summer months from May to the end of August. We provide affordable, safe and secure dormitory residence accommodation on a safe campus.

All of our single or double rooms with two single beds have a full suite of amenities including air conditioning telephone for free local calls free high speed internet connectivity 24 hour security an optional full hot breakfast and much more.

Washrooms and a common room with cable TV lounge area and kitchen facilities are just steps away from each room.

TAKE HIGHWAY 427 SOUTH RAMP FROM THE AIRPORT CONTINUE 10 KM (6 MILES) SOUTH ON HWY 427 UNTIL IT ENDS.

TAKE THE GARDINER EXPRESSWAY EAST EXIT - THE LAST EXIT RAMP TO YOUR LEFT.
CONTINUE ON THE GARDINER EXPRESSWAY FOR 15 KM (9 MILES).
TAKE THE SPADINA AVENUE EXIT RAMP TURN LEFT -NORTH- AT THE LIGHTS. CONTINUE 4 KM (2.5 MILES) NORTH ON SPADINA AVENUE PAST COLLEGE STREET.

JUST NORTH OF COLLEGE STREET, TURN RIGHT -EAST- ON WILLCOCKS STREET.

THE NEW COLLEGE RESIDENCES ARE LOCATED ON BOTH EASTERN CORNERS OF SPADINA AND WILLCOCKS.
