Cancellation Policy

You must give the accommodation at least 48 Hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the 1 night’s room charge and any remaining nights will be cancelled.

Red Carpet Hostels an affordable and clean Place to Stay in Vienna Austria

From Sudbahnhof (Southern Railway Station): - Take 9 stops by tram 18 (20 min) the stop where you need to get off is Mariahilfergürtel. From the tram stop it takes about 3 minutes to walk to our hostel. From Westbahnhof: (Western Railway Station) - Cross the Mariahilfergürtel, then take right and walk down on Bürgerspitalgasse. From the airport: - You can either take an airport bus (7 EUR per person) till Westbahnhof (west train station), or you can take the train S7 until Wien Mitte, and then change to the subway U3 (3,40 EUR per person). By taxi from the airport to the hostel costs 30 EUR. From the International Bus Station (Erdberg): - Take the underground U3 (orange line) till Westbahnhof (direction Ottakring). Get out at the exit Innere Mariahilferstrasse, Millergasse and then take a right and walk down the Buergerspitalgasse.
