Our location is ideal for all visitors since it is close to the most popular activities of the city. We are just a few steps away from the great church dedicated to Santo Domingo, an impressive structure surrounded by an indigenous crafts market. Backpackers is a hostel located just two blocks from the main and popular indigenous market in one of the oldest, historical and safest neighborhoods of San Cristobal de las Casas, in the south-east of Mexico.
Rossco Backpackers Hostel, built in the 19th century, has a colonial architecture with gorgeous and colorful gardens. Now, it is part of the historical monuments of the city. This old construction was adapted in order to make a comfortable, colorful and nice hostel using the entire colonial and typical style.
