Located in the most attractive part of Veliko Tarnovo, The Loft Hostel offers an amazing view of the city's old town as well as the modern center, and is a 3-minute walk from all of the best bars and clubs in town. The hostel is perfectly situated overlooking the lively main street with vast mountains in the distance, and is filled with character as the entrance is located on a charming cobblestone pedestrian path at the beginning of the old the crafts street, where you can find local artisans working using traditional techniques to produce Bulgarian crafts.

How to Get There
**You can take OK taxi or inter taxi for relatively cheap from anywhere. Tell them to go to 'Stratilat' Cafe. We are up the small stairs next to the cafe.
From the southern bust station (avtogara yug):
Walking: (The hostel is about a 10-15 minute walk from this station) As you exit the bus station, turn left on the main street. Continue about 5 minutes up the road. At that point you will see the Tourist Information Center on the right-hand side. Continue pass the Tourist Information Center (DO NOT TURN RIGHT DIRECTLY AFTER THE TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER) and turn right at the post office on the corner. You will be on the mail street. Continue along the main street about 7 minutes. On the left-hand side you will see the beginning of a cobblestone road that veers to the left. Look up high and you will see an orange sign from our balcony that says Hostel. Continue along this cobblestone street about 50 meters. At the beginning of this street where you see a cafe (it is called Stratilat) you will see a small set of winding stairs on the left. Walk up these stairs. After 20 meters you will see the hostel on your left.
note: Once you make it to the Tourist Information Center, they will immediately help you to find us!! Please mention that you are looking for THE LOFT HOSTEL. They can call us and we can come meet you to guide you to the hostel.
