Tianhaiyuan courtyard International Hotel, It sets in a beautiful traditional Beijing courtyard (as know as 'siheyuan'), and is located in the Dongsi Jiutiao Hutong, the courtyard has over two hundreds years of history which was buided in Qing Dynasty. Moreover, the neighbourhood Once was the Royal mansion of Yime (the grandson of The Jiaqing Emperor) located in the same period.
In the early 19th century Lin Yutang wrote in the activating Beijing? Beijing is so tranquil. This is the city to keep a household; where every building has a courtyard, every courtyard has a small goldfish pond and a pomegranate tree, the fruit and vegetables are fresh. If one prefers pears one grows pears, if dates then date.
