Toubkal Authentic Lodge Imlil.

We offer accommodation in a traditional Berber house perched above Imlil in the village of Arghen near the Mazike village. The location of The Lodge provides you with excellent views and stunning sceneries on Imlil's valley and towards the Toubkal summit.

From the balcony, you can mentally prepare yourself for the day head whilst we provide an ample breakfast to fuel your adventures.

The Lodge is ideally located for hiking in the surrounding valleys and summiting mountain peaks including the famous Jebel Toubkal.

We do not have sherpas in Morocco, but muleteers with their mules will take care of your heavy rucksacks and after your excursions The Lodge offers hot showers and we prepare you mint tea that will restore you. We have also more relaxing courses available if you would prefer something more crafty and creative.

Imlil is nestled at 1740 metres at the crossroads of three valleys, and is also the main base camp for the start of popular trekking and ski touring trips in the heart of the high atlas. Many people, tourists and locals, come to Imlil in the summer to take advantage of the gorgeous surroundings and refreshing climate, and in the winter you can marvel at the snow capped mountains too!

Toubkal Authentic Lodge is the perfect accommodation to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery in Imlil or spend some time trekking or sight seeing

Cancelation Policy

All amendments and cancellations must be emailed to the hostel directly, with at least 48 Hours notice of any changed. For no shows or late cancellations your credit/debit card will be charged 1 night’s accommodation fees.

If you are not driving yourself, the owner can arrange to meet you at the airport and drive 65km towards Imlil. In case you have your own transport, you need to drive through Marrakech city and choose the way leads to Tahannaout and Asni, you will find a sigh '' Imlil at 17km" turn on left hand and then continue until Imlil centre. When you reach imlil centre please fell free to call us and we will arrange a mule to carry up your luggage as you will walk up 10 min to reach the lodge..
