"Südbahnhof" – in other words – a quick and easy arrival and departure is guaranteed. In case you travel by car, you are perfectly safe in leaving your car in our basement garage.

All you can eat breakfast, as well as bed linen which are off course always included in the price!! All rooms are equipped with private shower and toilet. Our parking-garage, free luggage-room, washing machine and dryer, elevator and much more besides are at your disposal the whole year.

As it only takes you 3 underground stations to get to the city centre!

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATIONS

From South train station (Südbahnhof)

Take tram line "O" (direction "Migerka Straße") to the station "Laxenburgerstraße", then by walk.

~10 minutes

From West train station (Westbahnhof)

Take tram line "6" (direction "Zentralfriedhof") to the station

"Quellenplatz", then by walk.

~15 minutes

From East train station (Franz-Josef-Bahnhof)

Take tram line "5" (direction "Praterstern") to the station "Praterstern", then take underground line "U1" (direction "Reumannplatz") to the station "Keplerplatz", then by walk.

~20 minutes

From the Vienna Airport "Schwechat"

Take the shuttle bus "Vienna Airport Lines" to the station "Südbahnhof", then take tram line "O" (direction "Migerka Straße") to the station "Laxenburgerstraße", then by walk.

~40 minutes

From city centre ("Stephansplatz")

take underground line "U1" (direction "Reumannplatz") to the station "Keplerplatz", then by walk.

From Southern Highway (A2):

On the connection point "Inzersdorf" drive to the right in the "Triester Strasse" (B17) direction city centre ("Zentrum")

After 3.9 km the street divides, hold on the right on the "Triester Straße"

After 986 m follow the signs and drive on the connection point into the „Wiedner Gürtel"

After 199 m the connection point divides, hold on the right on the „Wiedner Gürtel"

After 114 m the street divides, hold on the right on the „Laxenburger Straße" (B230).

After 553 m turn right into the „Dampfgasse"

After 129 m you have arrived with us!

From Western highway (A1)

Go on to drive on the „Schönbrunner Straße" (B1)

After 23,57 km turn right into the „Gaudenzdorfer Gürtel" (B221)

After 2,13 km turn to the right into the „Landgutgasse"

After 663 m turn again to the right into the „Jagdgasse"

After 156 m turn to the right into the „Dampfgasse"

After 36 m you have arrived with us!

From East highway (A4):

On the connection point „Prater" the connection point divides, hold on the right on the E60 direction: Graz, Linz, „Sankt Marx"

After 504 m the connection point divides, hold on the left on the E60 direction: Italy, Slovenia, Germany, Graz, Linz, „Gürtel"

After 1,44 km on the connection point „Landstraße" turn right direction: „Gürtel", „Landstraßer Hauptstraße", „Südbahnhof"

After 916 m follow the street course farther, the street becomes to: "Wiener Gürtel-Bundesstraße" (B221) direction: „Gürtel", „Südbahnhof"

After 16 m follow the street course farther, the street becomes to: „Landstraßer Gürtel" (B221)

After 1,62 km follow the signs and drive on the connection point into the „Wiedner Gürtel"

After 145 m the connection point divides, hold on the left on the „Wiedner Gürtel"

After 184 m the street divides, hold on the right on the „Laxenburger Straße" (B230).

After 553 m turn right into the „Dampfgasse"

After 129 m you have arrived with us!
