Wonderland is a cosy hostel in the Old Centre of Bucharest, it's the ideal place to stay while on holiday in Bucharest.

The Hostel is run by two friends that have travelled all over the world and know how important a nice clean bed, a warm shower and a cup of tea are when you're travelling.

All our rooms are air conditioned! We are located in the heart of the Old City of Bucharest, it's the closest hostel to the city centre (Lipscani area). Museums, sightseeing, shopping, clubbing are only minutes away. We also have our own bar/club, Underworld, one of the best alternative/indie bar/clubs in Bucharest where you can hang out, watch a concert/DJ, have a drink, play some free table football, pinball and meet cool locals.

There is Wi-Fi internet in the rooms and a free computer in the common area. We do airport pick-ups for 25 euros per van (max eight people). Drop us a line once your booking is confirmed and we'll have you picked up.

Cancelation Policy

You must give the accommodation at least 48 Hours notice of any change and/or cancellation of your booking, otherwise you will be charged for the first night of your reservation and the remaining nights will be cancelled

From Gara de Nord (Railway Nord Station): Take the subway one stop till Pta Victoriei then change to the blue line and go two stops to Universitate. From there exit on the Coltea side and take Carol Blv about 100 meters to Pta Rosetti. There make a right on Hristo Botev and after about 50 meters take the third right on Coltei Street; you'll find us on the left side after about 25 meters at number 48. In the front of the hostel you'll see our bar, Underworld, the hostel is in the back, so if you ask for directions it's best to ask for the address (Coltei 48) or the Underworld bar. From the Airport (Otopeni/Henri Coanda): Take the express bus 783 also to University Sq and after you cross the boulevard thru the Universitate Sq passage follow the walking directions above. From the metro and bus stops it's a 4 min walk to the hostel. Check the subway and walking map attached in the photo section. We do airport pick-ups for 25 euros per van (maximum eight people).
