TIU Chernivtsi Backpackers Hostel is the most centrally located hostel in Chernivtsi opposite the famous blue Town Hall and by far the easiest hostel to find. We are staffed 24/7 every day of the year and the largest hostel with private rooms in Chernivtsi.

Directions to the hostel: when coming in to Chernivtsy by train, you can take a taxi to the hostel (2 Sheptytskogo Apt.3) or take a trolleybus up the mainstreet and get off at the first stop and then walk up the mainstreet another 200 meters and take the exit as indicated on the map. If you are in for a good exercise, you can walk up the hill (follow the same route as the trolley buses), follow Gagarina street and take the street to the left as indicated on the map. This walk will take you approx. 15 minutes. From the Bus Station With your back to the bus station turn right along Holovna street take the 21st turn to the right walk 12 meters along the right hand side of the street and take the brown door on the right the code on the door is 17 at the same time
