Villa Rosette is ideally situated at Grand Bay known to be a highly tourist village where you can see the most beautiful and lively beaches on the island. The area is renowned for its glorious beaches, water sports, fishing and some of the best whale watching points. It boasts all kinds of nautical activities such as jet-skiing, snorkelling and para-sailing. It also features several beach bars and restaurants within walking distance from the apartment.
Conveniently situated near all amenities that the island can offer, the villa has been designed in such a way so as to provide you with all comforts. It is brightly decorated giving the home very tropical feeling throughout and it is maintained to a high standard. It provides all the necessary ingredients for a perfect holiday. It is an entirely air conditioned, cosy and convivial guest houses in a quiet and charming area led by a typical Mauritian family hospitality.

The guest houses comprise:
One apartment with 2 large bedroom for (3 -6 persons) - the fully furnished apartment which consists of the living room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, balcony etc
(You will have to book the whole apartment)
AMENITIES INCLUDE:
Two fully furnished master bedrooms with king size beds plus fixed ladder to double bed in one bedroom. The apartment has a two private toilets and a common shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and an extra fee will be charged on demand. Cold/hot water 24 hours.
Equipped large kitchen with a stove, rice cooker, gas cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and B.B.Q. and all kitchen utensils to prepare a meal. Each apartment has an iron + table although a laundry service is available on request at a fee.
Spacious open plan living room with wooden and rattan furniture, TV, radio etc
The studios have master beds, a kitchenette and en-suite private bathrooms with wc, showers cold/water 24 hours
Services are provided free for cleaning and changing bed sheets and bath/kitchen towels every 2 days.
Bedrooms are with all comfort, bathroom with shower and private toilet.

The house is fitted with an alarm system.
All linen and towels are being provided free of charge.
Airport pick up can be arranged against payment.
From the villa at Grand Bay, 10 mins walk to any buses going anywhere to the other part of the island. The villa is situated near the centre of Grand Bay (10 mins from the hypermarket Super U and 200 meters of the beach).

It is located on the northwestern coast of Mauritius. The area is extremely picturesque and very lively during the day and the night. The major attraction of Grand Baie is the beautiful sea. The crystal clear water and the soft, white sandy beach make Grand Baie so popular. Grand Baie offers ample opportunity for water sports like scuba diving, snorkeling, etc. the submarine cruises available here are quite famous as well.
Grand Baie is also known for its bustling markets. The very fashionable and up market shopping facilities at Grand Baie make it a great hit with tourists. The many shops, small stalls and even roadside vendors sell a variety of items ranging from clothes to household commodities. Sightseeing excursions, boat-trips, wind surfing, parasailing, water skiing snorkelling, diving and deep-sea fishing are offered by independent companies nearby.
While located beside the biggest shopping centre in the main tourist area Grand Bay, the house is within 200 meters from public beaches and other local facilities including bank, supermarket, restaurants and hotels, tour operators, souvenir shops, Pharmacies, doctors, Banks, Post office, office to exchange money, leisure's, hairdressers etc

- You can reach the golf course of TROU-AUX-BICHES by car in 15 minutes.
Tennis is also available at CASUARINA hotel in TROU-AUX-BICHES. Otherwise 7 courts are accessible day/evenings at TENNIS-DU-NORD in LABOURDONNAIS less than 30 minutes away.

Car rental can be arranged through various local and the major international companies. Cars can be collected from and returned to Plaisance airport or from Grand Bay. Bicycle and scooter hire can also be arranged through local operators.

How to Get There
For client who chooses to come by their own mean of transport, meeting point takes place normally at the largest hypermarket called Super U at Grand Bay . When client arrives there, they phone me on my mobile number from a telephone box for pick up to my place which is very near. Till now no clients have been lost.
Otherwise we normally offer our own service for pick up directly from the airport to my place at 32 euros. It is either a car or a van depending on the number of persons coming
